You say your beds are washable. Do we put the whole bed in the washer?
No. You just put the cover in the washer by unzipping it from the base.
I find your beds a little expensive. What is the difference with a traditional bed found in supermarkets?
The dog beds currently on the market retain odors, are easy to destroy and get dirty, and are often made of materials that are very uncomfortable for your dog's joints.
Instead of buying this type of bed every 2 years, invest in a quality dog bed that does not retain odors, is very durable, can be machine washed and is comfortable for his joints.
What is the bed made of?
Cover: Machine washable, ultra-bite resistant Oxford cover.
Cover: Liquid resistant. Will bead water/pee but is not 100% waterproof.

Does the hair stick to it?
No. The fabric compound of the cover does not keep hair on it.

What does the one year warranty cover?
If there is a problem with your Winston & Friends product, we will replace it for up to one year from the original purchase date.
Items covered under the 1-year dog bed limited warranty are:
- Zipper of the cover or envelope which no longer opens or closes.
- An original seam defect
- Fabric that bleeds
The Dog Bed Limited Warranty does not cover the following:
- Comfort preference
- Physical abuse or damage to the dog mattress or dog mattress cover, including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage or stains;
Do you deliver everywhere? How much is shipping?
Yes, we offer delivery everywhere in Canada at a cost of $7 except for northern Quebec and the Magdalen Islands at a higher cost.
When can I expect to receive the bed?
We deliver the majority of packages within 2-3 business days.
Are your beds guaranteed against tears caused by my dog?
Yes. We will replace the outer cover once within the first 30 days of purchase.
