What does the one year warranty cover?

If there is a problem with your Winston & Friends product, we will replace it for up to one year from the original purchase date.


Items covered under the 1-year dog bed limited warranty are:

- Zipper of the cover or envelope which no longer opens or closes.

- An original seam defect

- Fabric that bleeds



The Dog Bed Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

- Comfort preference

- Physical abuse or damage to the dog mattress or dog mattress cover, including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage or stains;
