What is your return policy?
If you decide to return the bed within the 100-night trial, we will refund your entire order and provide you with the shipping slip so you can drop it off at a carrier near you.
If you have exceeded the 100 night period, it is not possible to obtain a refund.
When can I expect to receive the bed?
By pre-order, you can expect to receive it from March 8 to 20, 2022.
